There's a lot going on at the Famous Old time Music Company! Vernon McIntyre's Appalachian Grass (with its hard-driving bluegrass, trick fiddling and tight harmony) would love to be a part of your next event. Or join us for one of our monthly indoor bluegrass concert, here in the Boatwhistle Memorial Hall. The Festival in the Cornfields, is also held here, each year in the month of September, and should not be missed! Our latest addition, an educational program called "Strolling Through the Bluegrass" makes learning a real toe-tapper. And that's not all... FOTMC's music store carries an extensive line of musical insruments, parts and accesories. We can provide bluegrass music lessons and string instrument repair. And if you need some space to put on an event of your own, you can rent our hall, which seats over 400, and is handicap accessible.

Grand Lake Symphony Orchestra currently presents four concerts per year: Halloween Concert, Christmas Concert, Winter Concert and Spring Concert in the Celina area. The orchestra is made up of volunteers from west central Ohio and east central Indiana. Rehearsals are in Celina and performances have been in several locations in the surrounding area. Membership is open to anyone who likes to play all genres of orchestral works.

We are a Community Theatre Association with a season that includes 4 Musical Theatre Productions and 2 plays. We educate youth in all aspects of performing arts. We have 3 on-going performance troops: Kidz Drama Klub, The Black Diamonds Drama and Dance Company, and Triple T: Theatrix Teen Theatre. We offer classes in Vocals, Oratory, Acting, dance and Mime. We prepare students for professional auditions, including portfolios and audition pieces and for college scholarship opportunities. We also offer tutoring for grades 1-12.

The Midwest Paint Group is an association of American painters formed in 2001 and dedicated to an aesthetic movement in contemporary art known as Post-Abstract Figuration. This movement is characterized by the endeavor to paint perceived experience through the lens of 20th century abstraction, and tempered by the understanding of pictorial devices of early and recent masters. The Group consists of 12 painters: Bob Brock from the Kansas City area; Michael Neary and Amy MacLennan in St. Louis; Tina Engels, Lynette Lombard, Timothy King, and Megan Williamson of Northern Illinois; Jeremy Long currently working in Upstate New York; Ron Weaver from Indiana and Wisconsin; and Glen Cebulash, Deborah Chlebek, and Philip Hale of the Miami Valley region of Ohio.

The Music Factory, a non-profit 501 (c) (3), began in 2002 with the mission to enrich the quality of life in the West Central Ohio region by offering standardized musical training and exposure to excellent musical performances. The Music Factory Board of Trustees, administration, and teaching staff are convinced that properly structured musical training can greatly enhance the physiological, psychological, and mental development of our youth. We use musical training in strings, piano, harp, voice, and Kindermusik classes as a tool to assist parents in helping their children to develop the skills and values that will shape their future, such as responsibility, discipline, sensitivity, poise under pressure, and self-confidence.
